MO Bourbon Honey Pecan Pie

Ingredients

Eggs (slightly beaten)

1 c Honey

1⁄2 c  Dark Corn Syrup

1 1⁄3 c  Brown Sugar

8 T  Butter (melted (8 T is one stick))

1 t  Vanilla

4 T  Bourbon (Quality )

3 1⁄2 c  Pecans (Pieces)

Pie Shells (Deep Dish, Unbaked)

Instructions

Take pie shells out and preheat the oven. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients, except pecans, until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into pastry shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
