Public Notice: Proposed Downtown St Louis Transportation Study

The proposed Downtown St Louis Transportation Study will be considered at the December 5, 2018 Planning Commission Meeting

The City of St. Louis Planning Commission will conduct a Presentation and Public Hearing on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at 5:30 p.m. at 1520 Market St., Suite 2000 to consider the adoption of the Downtown St Louis Transportation Study as a Topical Plan. The purpose of the plan was to develop a robust multimodal system that enhances connections for pedestrians, bicyclists, transit users and motorists of all ages and abilities, while improving quality of life, supporting economic growth and community development, easing congestion and bettering air quality and improving public health. The plan area is bounded by Jefferson Avenue on the west, Cass Avenue on the north, the Mississippi River on the east and Chouteau Avenue on the south.

Written review comments regarding the Neighborhood Plan will be accepted until Wednesday, December 5, 2018, 5:00 p.m. The Planning Commission will vote on the Adoption (approval) of the Master Plan at its Wednesday, December 5, 2018, 5:30 p.m. meeting.
