City Offices go to skeleton crew February 2-3

In anticipation of hazardous weather, City departments will be reduced to skeleton crews with a minimal number of personnel beginning Wednesday, February 2, through and including Thursday, February 3. Emergency and other essential services will still be fully staffed.
