COVID-19 Pediatric Vaccine Clinic--Affinia @ 1717 Biddle

City of St. Louis Department of Health community partner Affinia Healthcare will provide COVID-19 pediatric vaccines to children ages 5-11. A parent or guardian must be present to consent to the child receiving the vaccine.
