COVID-19 Pediatric Vaccine Clinic--Atlas Elementary School

City of St. Louis Department of Health community partner University of Health Sciences & Pharmacy in St. Louis and Beverly Hills Pharmacy will provide COVID-19 pediatric vaccines to children ages 5-11. Patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their vaccination appointment.

You do not have to attend Atlas Elementary School to receive a vaccination.
