COVID-19 Pediatric Vaccine Clinic--Gateway Middle School

City of St. Louis Department of Health community partner BJC HealthCare's Health Kids Express will provide COVID-19 pediatric vaccines to children ages 5-11. Patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their vaccination appointment.
