COVID-19 Pediatric Vaccine Clinic--St. Louis Children's Hospital

City of St. Louis Department of Health community partner BJC HealthCare will provide COVID-19 pediatric vaccines to children ages 5-11 by appointment. Patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their vaccination appointment. Subject to availability.
