COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic (12+)--O'Fallon Park Rec Plex

The City of St. Louis Department of Health, in partnership with Rep. Kimberly Ann Collins, will provide the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine to anyone 12 years old and above. For individuals under 18 years old, a parent or guardian must be present to consent to the child receiving the vaccine.
