COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic (includes Pediatrics)--CareSTL Health (Whittier)

City of St. Louis Department of Health community partner CareSTL Health will provide COVID-19 vaccines to anyone 5 years old and above. For individuals under 18 years old, a parent or guardian must be present to consent to the child receiving the vaccine.

Vaccines available (by appointment or walk-in): 

• Ages 5-11: Pfizer
• Ages 12 and older: Pfizer (1st, 2nd, and Boosters)
• Ages 18 and older: Moderna (1st, 2nd, and Boosters)

CareSTL Health will also host Santa Land during the clinic. Sign the kids up now to receive free toys on Saturday, Dec. 18th  at 2425 N. Whittier Street.  Call 314-367-5820 ext.  2303 to sign up or visit any one of our pediatric departments at sites on Dr. MLK, Riverview Blvd., or Whittier Street. Deadline to register for toys is Tuesday, December 14,
