COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic (includes Pediatrics)--La Salle Charter School

City of St. Louis Department of Health community partner BJC HealthCare will provide the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine to children ages 5 and older and adults. Patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their vaccination appointment.

You do not have to attend La Salle Middle School to receive a vaccination.

Hours: 10am-2pm, (Walk-ins must arrive by 1:45pm)
