COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic (includes Pediatrics)-SLPS Gateway Complex

City of St. Louis Department of Health will provide COVID-19 vaccines to anyone 5 years old and above at the SLPS Gateway Complex on N. Jefferson. For individuals under 18 years old, a parent or guardian must be present to consent to the child receiving the vaccine.

COVID-19 vaccines available: 

• Ages 5-11: Pfizer
• Ages 12 and older: Pfizer (1st, 2nd, and booster)

Hours: Saturday, March 19, 10:00am-2:00pm
(Walk-ins should arrive by 1:45pm)
