COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic (includes Pediatrics)--Vashon High School

City of St. Louis Department of Health community partner Visionary Vaccination and Health Services will provide second dose and booster COVID-19 vaccines to anyone age 5 and above. Patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their vaccination appointment. 

COVID-19 Vaccines available: 

• Ages 5-11: Pfizer
• Ages 12 and older: Pfizer (1st, 2nd, and Boosters)
• Ages 18 and older: Moderna (1st, 2nd, and Boosters)
• Ages 18 and older: Johnson & Johnson (one dose)
