COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic--Lafayette Preparatory Academy

City of St. Louis Department of Health community partner BJC HealthCare's Health Kids Express will provide the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine to children ages 5 and older and adults. Patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their vaccination appointment.

You do not have to attend Lafayette Preparatory Academy to receive a vaccination.

BJC's Healthy Kids Express will provide a second dose clinic on December 13, 2021.
