Great Rivers Greenway Public Meetings

Notice is hereby given that the Great Rivers Greenway Board will hold a Personnel, Policy and Procedures Committee, a subcommittee of the Board of Directors, at 11am and the monthly meeting of the Board of Directors at 11:30am. These meetings are open to the public and will be held in our board room located at 3745 Foundry Way, Ste 253, St. Louis, MO 63110. Full directions including information about free parking and transit access are located at www.GreatRiversGreenway.org/Foundry. During the COVID-19 pandemic, all guests must be masked at all times and practice social distancing in our building and temperatures are taken upon arrival.

The Personnel Policy and Procedures committee, Pursuant to MO §610.021(3) personnel actions, will be entered into closed session as such action is approved by a majority vote of the Board members who constitute a quorum, to discuss legal, confidential or privileged matters.
