Matthew Henry's Agbara Quintet

Agbara is the West African Yoruba word for vigor, energy, and power. The Yoruba people and their musical aesthetics are a source of many of the aspects of “Latin Jazz”. Master percussionist Matt Henry debuts his new quintet that embraces that spirit and features a venerable “who’s who” of St. Louis musicians.
