Due to the COVID-19 virus the Board of Aldermen is holding committee meetings by electronic Webinar. Each meeting will have an electronic link and phone number that can be used to view and/or listen to a meeting. Each meeting will also have a Meeting ID Number that can be used if it is requested while you are logging into the meeting.

Discussion with Personnel Director 

The committee will discuss various personnel issues with the Interim Personnel Director, Mr. John Moten, Jr., including present City personnel vacancies, hiring plans, affect of the COVID - 19 Pandemic on hiring and the impact this has had on the Public Safety Department of the City. 

Item 2 

Discussion: Potential use of body cameras by the Department of Corrections

The committee will discuss with Public Safety Department officials the potential use of body cameras by specified employees of the Department of Corrections.
