A judge has expunged the misdemeanor convictions of the St. Louis couple who pointed guns at racial injustice protesters outside their mansion in 2020.
Prosecutors presented evidence that Thomas Stocker shot the victim multiple times, then shot the victim once in the head while they were on the ground.
"He left him for 13 hours to die," Wendy Koch said of the SUV driver who almost struck her husband. "I have a few things I'd like to discuss with him."
