The amendment hit a snag in April, when Republican Attorney General Andrew Bailey refused to sign off on Republican Auditor Scott Fitzpatrick's cost estimate.
“The outcome of this week’s inspections of the ride necessitated us to immediately secure it as evidence," Antioch Police Chief Geoffrey Guttschow said in a release.
