The Major League Soccer franchise says it's now able to open its doors to fans for the first time.

The Missouri Department of Conservation shared an update Tuesday afternoon.

Three people, including the gunman, died in the shooting. Several others were injured.

On Nov. 8, Missouri voters will decide whether to legalize the sale of recreational marijuana. It's called Amendment 3.

Since medical marijuana sales became legal in Missouri in October 2020, revenue from dispensaries has grown to nearly $500 million.

"Her entire school life from this day forward will be affected and changed," the father said.

Interim Police Chief Mike Sack said the shooter's mom alerted police to a firearm and "wanted it out of the house."

The stadium had dealt with power issues since September, sending fans to other venues for events leading up to the season.

Terrell Whiting, 42, was convicted of first-degree murder and armed criminal action in the shooting death of 33-year-old Rafael Givens.

The Kranszberg Arts Foundation is set to officially open its doors in November. The venue will feature comedy, music and other entertainment.

As the community grapples with tragedy, there are free resources available in St. Louis for those struggling with mental health.

Officers with St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department responded to shootings in Greater Ville, Carondelet, Dutchtown, Walnut Park and the Wells-Goodfellow area.

St. Louis police, the FBI and the mayor gave updates on the shooting at Central Visual and Performing Arts High School.
