 The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department is investigating the fatal shooting of a man Monday morning near downtown St. Louis' Globe Building. Police said shortly before 10 a.m., officers received a call for help regarding a shooting in the 700 block of North Tucker Boulevard. The St. Louis Battlehawks are the talk of the town after their 2-0 start in the 2023 XFL season. The reimagined XFL launched in mid-February with the Battlehawks returning to the field. A judge said the St. Louis circuit attorney has two weeks to respond to the allegations made against her by the Missouri attorney general.
