Jeffrey Boyd, St. Louis 22nd Ward alderman and Housing and Urban Development Zoning Committee chairman, is resigning from his position on the board after being federally charged with counts of bribery and fraud during his time in office. Boyd's lawyer confirmed the resignation Friday afternoon.
