2023 Housing Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA)

The City of St. Louis Community Development Administration (CDA) seeks proposals through the 2023 Housing Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) from developers interested in facilitating the new construction or rehabilitation of affordable housing defined as housing sold or rented to households earning at or below 80 percent of Area Median Income (AMI) as defined by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Market-rate projects will be allowed on a limited basis (see NOFA for details). The NOFA was issued on April 14, 2022.  A copy of the NOFA can be obtained from CDA’s website at: www.stlouis-mo.gov/government/departments/community-development/documents/2023-housing-nofa.cfm

CDA will conduct hybrid in-person and interactive livestream WORKSHOP on Thursday, May 18 at 10:00 am via Zoom and at the SLDC Boardroom 1520 Market Street St. Louis, MO 631013 to explain the NOFA process and answer questions.
