2026 HOME-ARP Supportive Services NOFA Virtual Workshop

2026 HOME-ARP Supportive Services NOFA Virtual Workshop
Join the City of St. Louis Community Development Administration (CDA) for a virtual informational workshop on the 2026 HOME-ARP Supportive Services Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA). This funding opportunity makes up to $1.5 million available to support nonprofit organizations serving vulnerable residents within the City of St. Louis.

Read the HOME-ARP Supportive Services NOFA document and attachements here.

The workshop will provide an overview of the NOFA, including eligible applicants, qualifying populations, eligible supportive services and housing-related costs, and how to apply through CDA’s Salesforce grants portal. CDA staff will offer general guidance on the application process for nonprofit supportive service providers with the staff and financial capacity to carry out the proposed program.

HOME-ARP funds may support services for individuals and families experiencing homelessness, at risk of homelessness, fleeing domestic violence or trafficking, and other qualifying populations under the federal HOME-American Rescue Plan program. Eligible uses include case management, child care, food, legal services, mental health services, transportation, housing counseling, rental assistance, security and utility deposits, and moving costs. The NOFA also includes bonus points for programs serving survivors of the May 16, 2025 tornado who are homeless or at risk of homelessness as a result of the storm.
