African American Heritage Celebration

The City of St Louis Recorder of Deeds is presenting an African American Heritage Celebration, hosted by Recorder Michael Butler. The event includes African Drum performances, African Cuisine and an award ceremony, honoring St Louis African American Community Leaders.
