The artists reveal a contemporary approach to photography as an art form in contrast to its original use as a means to preserve and store memories surrounding historical and social events. Much current photography has pushed to widen the subject to include influencing concepts by presenting aesthetically pleasing but often challenging imagery. This exhibition also offers a look at how the new often incorporates the older values as well.
