stLouISTFollowing several reports of Outdoor Warning System sirens not sounding during the monthly test on July 1, 2024, the City of St. Louis Emergency Management Agency (CEMA) plans to conduct additional testing of the siren system on Thursday, July 11, 2024, between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. and will announce to residents that it is only a test.
