Battle 4 the Lou: Teen Video Game Tournament presented by Saint Louis Public Library (SLPL)

Battle 4 the Lou Tournament 

Join St. Louis Public Library and the BGG Foundation to see who will be on top in the Battle 4 the Lou! Complete the application to reserve your spot. Sponsored by the City of St. Louis Mayor's Office.

Tournament participants must be 12 - 18 years old and select their location from the following libraries. 

  • Saturday, June 22, 12 - 4 pm - Julia Davis Library, 4415 Natural Bridge Ave.
  • Saturday, July 20, 12 - 4 pm - Central Library, 1301 Olive St. 
  • Saturday, August 24, 12 - 4 pm - Carondelet Library, 6800 Michigan Ave.
  • The winners from these three locations will move on to compete at the finals on Saturday, September 29, 12 - 4pm at The Dome at America's Center.

Tournament games are Super Smash Bros., Brawlhall, and Tekken. Tournaments will be 32-player brackets with single elimination. First come, first battle, based on registration.  

St. Louis Public Library is excited to partner with The BGG Foundation and the City of St. Louis to offer the Battle 4 the Lou Video Game Tournaments at Julia Davis Library, Central Library, and Carondelet Library this summer.  Please share this info with any interested teens (12-18). Registration is required and accessible via this form.   Prizes for the top winners!! Games including Super Smash Bros., Tekken 8, and Brawlhalla.  Tournament participants ages 12-18.
