2024 Housing Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) Workshop and Public Hearing

The Community Development Administration (CDA) will seek proposals through the 2024 Housing Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) from developers interested in facilitating the new construction or rehabilitation of affordable housing. 

CDA will conduct a hybrid in-person and interactive livestream workshop and public on Friday, February 2 from 1 to 3 pm via Zoom and in the SLDC Boardroom 1520 Market Street St. Louis, MO 631013.
