2025-2029 Consolidated Plan

The City of St. Louis - Community Development Administration (CDA) will hold a public hearing to discuss the development of the 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan (ConPlan) for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) programs.

Public Hearings Notice
CDA will conduct an in-person/virtual hybrid public hearing on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at 6 PM at
CDA, 1520 Market, Suite 2000, St. Louis, MO 63103.

The purpose of this hearing is to convene the ConPlan steering committee. The views of citizens, public agencies, and other interested parties are encouraged.
