The Community Development Administration (CDA) will host an all-day Neighborhood Transformation Grants NOFA Workshop to provide guidance on the 2025 Spring funding opportunities.

Mandatory Attendance for First-Time Applicants! Organizations applying for any of the following funding opportunities must attend this workshop:
- Spring 2025 Affordable Housing Production: Rental and For Sale
- HOME-ARP Permanent Supportive Housing
- PRO Housing NOFA
NOTE: Applicants for Neighborhood Plan Implementation and Community Development Grants (Vacancy to Vibrancy Large Grants DO NOT need to attend on April 24. A separate workshop will be announced TBD.
With proposals due June 13, 2024, this workshop is essential for applicants to understand funding priorities, application requirements, and compliance expectations.
