CDA 2025 Neighborhood Transformation Grants NOFAs Workshop
This full-day workshop offers hands-on training for applicants to CDA’s 2025 Neighborhood Transformation Grants. Participants will receive in-depth guidance on NOFAs, Salesforce portal navigation, proforma budgeting, and other key tools to support successful applications.

- Mandatory for First-Time Housing Applicants: All first-time applicants for Neighborhood Transformation Grants Housing NOFAs (Affordable Housing Production (Rental and For Sale), HOME-ARP Permanent Supportive Housing, PRO Housing) must attend this training by registering at least one staff member to attend via Zoom or in-person.
- NOTE: “First-time” applicants means those who have not received CDA funding in over three years (since 2022).
- In-person attendance is limited to housing applicants only (Affordable Housing Production (Rental and For Sale), HOME-ARP Permanent Supportive Housing, PRO Housing).
- Only two persons per organization or agency may attend in person. This will also be a great networking opportunity! More spaces will be provided based on registrations TBD. CDA will send an update if there is more room available via e-newsletter (subscribe).
- In-person capacity is capped at 45 people due to space in our conference room. In-person attendance will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis via this new RSVP form (In-person registration is CLOSED).
- If you RSVPed previously, you will need RSVP with the new link, but only if you want to attend in-person.
- Applicants who strongly prefer to attend in person may contact CDA directly at CDAnofa@stlouis-mo.org to request a spot.
- You will receive an email the week of April 21 to confirm if you may attend in-person.

This is a hybrid virtual and in-person workshop. All attendees, whether in-person or virtual, will have the same opportunities to ask questions and provide feedback.
Workshop Schedule Highlights:
Times are approximate. Housing Applicants are expected to attend all day for this hands on training!
- 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM (break at 10:45) :Training for applicants to the following Housing NOFAs:
- Affordable Housing Production (Rental and For Sale)
- HOME-ARP Permanent Supportive Housing
- PRO Housing
- Noon - 1:00 PM: Encouraged Zoom Training for applicants to:
- Neighborhood Plan Implementation NOFA
- Community Development Grants: Neighborhood Beautification and Green Community Spaces NOFA
- (Housing NOFA applicants who are also interested in non-housing funding availability are welcome to attend. Housing NOFA only applicants may take a break.)
- 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Networking Lunch (with in-person attendees)
- 2:00 PM - 3:15 PM (approximate): Salesforce Portal Training for All Applicants (Strongly recommended for all, required for first-timers)
- 3:15PM - 3:30 PM: break
- 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM: Proforma Training

This workshop will be livestreamed and later posted on the City of St. Louis’s YouTube (www.youtube.com/@CityofStLouisMissouri) channel for on-demand viewing. A link to the recording will be posted on the Neighborhood Transformation Grants webpage.
Each NOFA includes instructions for submitting questions, and Q&A will be updated weekly on the Neighborhood Transformation Grants page. Questions and answers from this workshop will also be added to the public Q&A section.
