2024 Citizen Participation Plan

The Community Development Administration (CDA) published a new draft Citizen Participation Plan on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, to solicit public comments.

Public Comment Period/Written Comments
The public comment period will begin on Thursday, April 4, 2024. The views of citizens, public agencies, and other interested parties are strongly encouraged. Written comments or suggestions should be addressed to 
CDA 1520 Market Street, Suite 2000, St. Louis, MO 63102 or via email at CDA@stlouis-mo.gov. 
Written comments will be accepted until Monday, April 15, at 5:00 p.m.

Documents Available for Review
The draft Citizen Participation Plan is available for review as of Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at CDA, located at 1520 Market Street Suite 2000.

Public Hearing
A public hearing will be in person and virtually to provide comments and feedback at 4 p.m. on Monday, April 15, 2024 at CDA, 1520 Market Street, St. Louis, MO 63103
