Program Year 2027 CDBG Funding Cycle

The Community Development Administration (CDA) will conduct a virtual public hearing at noon, Thursday, July 30, 2026. The purpose of this hearing is to solicit public comments and answer questions pertaining to Program Year 2027 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) priorities/activities. 

Documents Available for Review
Program Year 2027 CDBG funding cycle documents will be available for review by any interested citizens as of July 24, 2026, at CDA, located at 1520 Market Street Suite 2000. Copies of documents may be downloaded at: https://www.stlouis-mo.gov/CDA/cdbg/2027.cfm.

RFP Overview: Timeline, Process, Eligible Applicants & Uses
After the public hearing, CDA will host a webinar to inform interested parties and potential applicants about the Program Year 2027 CDBG funding cycle. Topics will include a general overview of the RFP, the funding cycle timeline, eligible applicants, and eligible uses. 

The Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program supports community development activities to build stronger and more resilient communities by funding public services, economic development, community assets, and more.

The annual funding cycle will begin July 24, 2026
