Join CDA for this virtual training designed for both new and experienced applicants and grantees of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. Whether you’re preparing your first proposal or managing an active award, this session will cover practical strategies to strengthen compliance, protect public funds, and improve program performance.

• Best practices for maintaining accurate records to support eligibility, performance, and audit readiness
• Tips to avoid common compliance pitfalls and reduce risk
• How strong financial management directly supports project success and community impact

Attendees will also have an opportunity to ask questions and receive guidance from CDA staff who oversee CDBG contract compliance and monitoring.
