Charter Commission Special Meeting

General Parking & Entrance:  Metered parking may be located along Market Street between S. Tucker Boulevard and S. 14th Street.  Off-street parking is available in the City Hall Lot and at the Kiel Center Garage.  The City Hall Lot may be accessed either on 14th Street or Clark Ave.  On Clark Avenue, enter near the toll both with the green roof.  The Keil Center Garage is located at 1515 Clark Avenue.  The general entrance to City Hall is through the doors on Tucker Boulevard (12th Street).   Once inside City Hall, take the elevator to the second floor, the Kennedy Hearing Room, Room 208.

Accessible Parking & Entrance:  Accessible metered parking may be located along Market Street between S. Tucker Boulevard and S. 14th Street.  Accessible off-street parking is also available in the City Hall parking lot to the south of the building along Clark Avenue.  The accessible building entrance is located at the tunnel on the west side of the building near Market Street.  Once inside City Hall, take the elevator to the second floor, the Kennedy Hearing Room, Room 208.

General Information:  As a charter city, the people of St. Louis have a unique ability to affect our form of government. On April 4, 2023, voters in the City of St. Louis established a Charter Commission. The Commission will make recommendations for changes to the City Charter on a recurring basis through an inclusive process and hear directly from community members.  If you wish to provide public comment in-person please submit a speaker slip at http://chartercommissionspeak.stlouis-mo.gov/ or fill out a speaker slip in-person at the Charter Commission Meeting.
