Circus Flora's Marooned!

Since 1986, Circus Flora has dazzled audiences of all ages with its unique combination of exceptional storytelling and world-class performances. The beloved annual tradition returns for its 38th season with "Marooned!" — running June 6-23, 2024 at The Big Top in Grand Center. Previews begin June 6 with the official Opening performance on Saturday, June 8 at 3 p.m.
In yet another stunning and original production, “Marooned!” offers audiences Circus Flora’s signature blend of excitement, daring, comedy and charm, starring the most breathtaking and talented circus artists from around the world performing in the intimate setting of The Big Top. Inspired by the allure and mystery of a deserted island, “Marooned!” promises to transport audiences into a world of adventure, discovery and enchantment with a tale of survival, camaraderie and the enduring spirit of the human heart.
Featuring renowned acrobats, aerialists, comedians and more, "Marooned!” is an adventure guaranteed to dazzle the whole family. Some of this year’s thrilling featured acts include: The Flying Tabares on the Flying Trapeze, The Flying Wallendas on the High Wire, Carlos Morales and the Wheel of Death, group acrobatics from Circus Harmony’s St. Louis Arches, bareback equestrian acrobatics from The Daring Horseman, Amadeus Lopez and Ruby Quinn performing an aerial “iron jaw” act, and much more – tied together Circus Flora’s iconic guide, Yo-Yo the Storyteller.
Circus Flora will also offer a number of special theme night performances including the following dates:
Thursday June 6, 7 p.m. — Peanut-Free Preview
Saturday June 8, 3 p.m. — Opening “Night”
Wednesdays, June 12 and June 19, 10 a.m. — Little Top Wednesdays: Special 1-hour performances for kids or kids-at-heart.
Friday, June 14, 1 p.m. — Sensory Friendly Performance: This special full performance is tailored for individuals with different sensory needs, specifically designed with minor changes to create a comfortable, enjoyable environment. Audio description will be provided for this performance.
Friday, June 14, 7 p.m. — Pride night
Tickets for Circus Flora are on sale now through all MetroTix outlets including MetroTix.com and by phone at 314-534-1111. Children two and under are free when seated on an adult's lap. All seating is reserved except Little Top Performances, when all mezzanine is general admission.
