The City of St. Louis Division of Corrections is pleased to announce its first- ever Job Fair, a targeted recruitment initiative aimed at filling critical vacancies with a primary focus on hiring Correctional Officers.

About the Job Fair
The Job Fair will facilitate an efficient, streamlined hiring process, allowing qualified candidates to apply, interview, and receive conditional offers of employment during the event.
- Immediate submission of applications on-site through the Department of Personnel
- On-the-spot interviews conducted by Division of Corrections hiring representatives
- Conditional employment offers extended during the event, subject to successful completion of background investigations and drug screening
In addition to Division of Corrections vacancies, representatives from key partner organizations will be present to recruit for related roles, including:
- St. Louis Sheriff’s Office (Deputies)
- Physician Correctional USA (Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses)
- Summit Food Service (Food Service Support and Cook Supervisors)
Candidate Qualifications
Applicants must be at least 19 years of age and possess a minimum of six months of work experience. Prior corrections experience and city residency are not required.
