Community Development Administration (CDA) Selection Committee

The Community Development Administration (CDA) is convening a Selection Committee for the purpose of reviewing responses to two previously issued requests for professional services and issuing three new requests for professional services. The scope of work for these requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for qualifications (RFQs) is summarized below: 

1. RFP issued July 27, 2020 for drafting a CDA administrative manual. 

2. RFP issued December 22, 2021 for drawing digitization services. 

3. Draft RFQ for grants compliance services including: i) Davis-Bacon and Davis-Bacon Related Acts Policy and Procedures Manual; ii) Asset Management Manual; and iii) State and Local Fiscal Relief Funds Policies and Procedures Manual. 

4. Draft RFQ for environmental consulting services including: i) Environmental Review & NEPA Compliance; and ii) Environmental Remediation Planning, Management & Technical Assistance.

5. Draft RFP for vacancy strategy development services including: i) facilitating community engagement & interdepartmental planning; ii) developing cost of vacancy analysis and vacancy prioritization index; and iii) drafting legislative, policy & operational recommendations.
