North Central Monroe County in southwestern Illinois...
Saint Clair County in southwestern Illinois...
Southeastern Saint Louis County in east central Missouri...
Saint Louis City in east central Missouri...

* Until 645 AM CDT.

* At 243 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of
rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing. Water
rescues were reported in East Saint Louis.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
