* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of east central Missouri, including the
following independent city, Saint Louis City.

* WHEN...Until 600 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Overflowing poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 309 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor
flooding in the advisory area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
St. Louis, University City, East St. Louis, Clayton,
Jennings, Bellefontaine Neighbors, Richmond Heights,
Maplewood, Shrewsbury, Madison, Riverview, Venice, Hillsdale,
Lemay, Pine Lawn, Wellston, East Carondelet, Glasgow Village
and Sauget.
