Flood Advisory issued until June 27 4:45pm

The National Weather Service in St. Louis issued a Flood Advisory for the City of St. Louis until 4:45 PM. 

Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas from excessive rainfall is expected.

Additional Details...

At 1:42 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.

Precautionary/Preparedness Actions

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
