Flood Warning issued April 5 at 2:55AM CDT until April 5 at 3:00AM CDT by NWS St Louis MO

The Flood Warning will expire at 3 AM CDT early this morning for
portions of Illinois, including the following areas, Bond, Fayette,
Greene, Jersey, Macoupin, Madison and Montgomery and east central
Missouri, including the following independent city, Saint Louis City.

The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 100 AM CDT Sunday for portions
of Illinois and Missouri...
