possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Illinois, including the following areas, Bond
IL, Clinton IL, Fayette IL, Jersey IL, Macoupin IL, Madison IL,
Marion IL, Monroe IL, Montgomery IL, Randolph IL, Saint Clair IL
and Washington IL and Missouri, including the following areas,
Crawford MO, Franklin MO, Iron MO, Jefferson MO, Madison MO,
Reynolds MO, Saint Charles MO, Saint Francois MO, Saint Louis City
MO, Saint Louis MO, Sainte Genevieve MO and Washington MO.

* WHEN...Through late Saturday night.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Heavy rainfall from thunderstorms may lead to flash flooding
primarily this afternoon and evening. The combined rainfall
from the last few days and continuing into Saturday will lead
to widespread flooding of local creeks, streams, and rivers.
