* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Illinois, including the following areas, Bond
IL, Clinton IL, Fayette IL, Madison IL, Marion IL, Monroe IL,
Randolph IL, Saint Clair IL and Washington IL and Missouri,
including the following areas, Crawford MO, Franklin MO, Iron MO,
Jefferson MO, Madison MO, Reynolds MO, Saint Francois MO, Saint
Louis City MO, Saint Louis MO, Sainte Genevieve MO and Washington
MO.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM CDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Area creeks and
streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Steady rain continues this afternoon. With soils soggy from
recent heavy rains, today's rainfall may exacerbate ongoing
flooding or lead to localized flash flooding. Although the
steady rain ends this evening, flooding on area rivers will
continue.
