* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Illinois, including the following areas, Bond
IL, Clinton IL, Fayette IL, Jersey IL, Macoupin IL, Madison IL,
Marion IL, Monroe IL, Montgomery IL, Randolph IL, Saint Clair IL
and Washington IL and Missouri, including the following areas,
Crawford MO, Franklin MO, Iron MO, Jefferson MO, Madison MO,
Reynolds MO, Saint Charles MO, Saint Francois MO, Saint Louis City
MO, Saint Louis MO, Sainte Genevieve MO and Washington MO.

* WHEN...Through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Area creeks and
streams are running high and could flood with additional rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- With flooding still ongoing and soils very moist from recent
heavy rainfall, even additional moderate rainfall today will
stall recession of flooding and possibly lead to additional
areal flooding.
