* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest Illinois, including the following
area, Saint Clair IL and Missouri, including the following areas,
Audrain MO, Montgomery MO, Saint Charles MO, Saint Louis City MO,
Saint Louis MO and Warren MO.

* WHEN...Through Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Conditions are favorable for repeated thunderstorms with
heavy rainfall across portions of the watch area which could
result in flash flooding.
