and Washington IL and Missouri, including the following areas,
Audrain MO, Boone MO, Callaway MO, Lincoln MO, Monroe MO,
Montgomery MO, Ralls MO, Saint Charles MO, Saint Louis City MO,
Saint Louis MO and Warren MO.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
