       4.  Request for Approval of Retirement Benefits;

       5.  Request for Approval Refund of Contributions;

       6.  Approval of Interest Rate for Contributions October 1, 2024;

       7.  Approval of COLA Rate for October 1, 2024;

      8.   Approval of office staff to process Refund of Contributions prior to BOT meetings;

      9.  Discuss Medical Review Board Process;       

     10. Closed Session pursuant to Section 610.021 RsMo (Roll Call Vote) to discuss legal matters and matters of physical and                   mental health of members; 

     11. Motions coming forward from Closed Session;

     12. Confirm meeting dates – August meeting and September meeting;

     13. Other business which may come to the attention of the Board of Trustees;
