Closed Meeting Statement

The entire discussion or portions of the discussion of the report of the Personnel and Administration Committee of the Board of Alderman may be closed to the public under the            provisions of Section 610.021 (1) and Section 610.022 of the Missouri Revised Codes in order to permit the members of the committee to discuss with members of the Board matters   related legal actions, causes of action or litigation involving a public governmental body and any confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body or its  representatives and its attorneys.  

Meeting Topics and Discussions

The full Board of Aldermen (BOA) will meet via Zoom Webinar to review and discuss various topics. This can include Board Bills, Resolutions, Mayoral Appointees and various other City matters. There is no public comment taken at full Board meetings.

Special Full BOA Meetings

Special Full BOA meetings are meetings that focus on specific items determined by the President. These meeting do not discuss all the items in a regular Full BOA meeting. 

Focus Discussion Topics for This Special Meeting

This special Board of Aldermen will meet to discuss Section 610.021 (1) and Section 610.022 of the Missouri Revised Codes in order to permit the members of the committee to discuss with members of the Board matters related legal actions, causes of action or litigation involving a public governmental body and any confidential or privileged communications between a public governmental body or its  representatives and its attorneys.
