2.       Approval of Minutes from 5/28/2026 Meeting.

 3.      Closed Session upon motion and roll call vote, per MO Rev Stat § 610.02 (12), for the purpose of discussion of sealed proposals and related documents or any documents related to a negotiated contract until a contract is executed, or all proposals are rejected;

4.      Return to Open Session.

5.      Vote on proposal to be selected, proposals to be rejected, or firms asked to present.

6.      Discussion of presentation schedule, if necessary.

7.      Adjournment.
