PROTEST HEARING:

9:45 a.m.  THE RKP GROUP INC d/b/a THE PEPPER LOUNGE -located at 2005 LOCUST ST - (The 3 A.M. Closing and Summer Garden permits are being Protested against the continuation of operation).  GINA MCGIRR is listed as the Managing Officer and BRENDA YATES is listed as the Protest Representative.  This premise is located in the 14th Ward, 4th Police District and the DOWNTOWN WEST neighborhood.

Disposition: As per Commissioner, the Protester failed to obtain a majority of signatures.  Protest denied.
